Fundamentally the basic discriminates for determining the likelihood of official government psywar and propaganda effort around SOM1-01 fail. Ask yourself these questions: Are the risks low and the trade-offs worthwhile? No. If the documents are to be believed, they would engender extraordinary espionage against an extraordinary target like Area 51 or inside the CIA or NSA a counterintelligence nightmare.
